People think to make a statement or have a message that you have to have a long and drawn out approach. That you have to have so much length to get your point across. That’s not the case in 2016 when our attention spans are shorter than ever. North Carolina’s C. Shreve uses that to his advantage for the latest video from his Twenty Sixteens project.
Shreve takes all of 67 seconds to get his point across in the video for “Asystole”. This video comes off the news that Shreve and his Free The Optimus crew were voted Best Hip-Hop Group in the Carolinas for the second straight year. Shreve continues to showcase why he’s a lyrical master on this one and the video has a fun approach to it as well as we see him and the crew kicking it in the streets.
