It’s important for an artist to have quality music now days. Some are able to do that but they spread the music out between years. There’s nothing wrong with that and I’m a fan of it too. But then you have artists that continue to put out music and when you think they’re falling off, they keep the quality going and in some cases get better. That’s the story with Kentucky’s Devine Carama with his new single, “God Said I’m The Nicest”.
Carama is preparing to drop his Kingtucky album on October 27th and comes through with his first single from the project. Produced by Obvious and featuring D’Lee, Carama sets us up for a lyrical assault. There’s no warning either; he goes in from the beginning of the track and lets us know that God put him on this Earth to flow and rhyme better than anyone. D’Lee and Carama trade verses back and forth throughout the head nodding beat, giving us a track that’s full of fun and lyrics. This is what hip-hop sounds like and you should get familiar with Carama right now.
